Raven are now happy to offer a solution for used fluorescent tubes and bulbs, with new machinery allowing us to dispose of them at your site.

Transporting fluorescent tubes can be dangerous, they are very fragile and have high levels of mercury inside them. Therefore our mobile service is the ideal solution, cutting out the risks involved with handling tubes and other bulbs.

Flourescent tubes are classed as a HAZARDOUS WASTE, so if your company uses them, then they must be disposed of in the correct manner, we will provide you with the relevant waste disposal documents to prove that you have disposed of your old tubes safely and legally. It is illegal to mix your old tubes in with your general waste, they must be dealt with appopriately.
The process is very quick, and a tube can be crushed within a second, there are no vapours or dangerous toxins released during the process, meaning it's quick, easy, safe and cost effective.

We are also able to dispose of a range of other light bulbs.
